Rules for the 2010 SEFLI Contest Series at Wingnutz field Slow Stick CombatStock GWS Slow Stick kit with stock drive system and up to 10 cells (NICD/NIMH) or 3 li-poly's. Brushless motor systems allowed, but cell count limited to 7 cells (NICD/NIMH) or 2 Li-Poly. Models will fly in 4 minute rounds with 15ft of magnetic tape streamer. As many models as frequencies allow to be flown at once. Streamer cuts are 25 pts, streamer touches are 10 points. All models involved in Mid-airs that are still in the air at 4 minute mark receive 50 pts. 2-3 rounds will be flown... winner is max pts total all three rounds. |
Model: Model must be a replica of a man carrying aircraft that has been
documented to have flown at least once! Any size model may enter as long as
it is radio controlled and powered by an electric motor(s). ARF's and RTF's
may be entered but an appropriate downgrade in static points. Builder (or
assembler in the case of ARF/RTF's) of the model rule will apply. Modeler
should provide some documentation to the verify the shape and color of the
aircraft. Unpainted plastic models and model cover box-art is acceptable as
well as color pictures or B+W pictures with a worded description of the colors
used. Paper documentation can be obtained from hardcopy books or the Internet
as long as references are given. |
